Advice on: 4* Awakening Gem, Who to Rank, Signature Stones, etc.

Just got a 4* awakening gem and I have 102 signature stones as well.
I'm looking for advice on three things:
1) Best ranking up options (who to use my ISOs and T4s on first?)
2) Who to awaken
3) Best use of 102 stones
I currently have (only naming god tiers, all 4* - my only 5* is GG):
Capt Marvel Movie 4/40 DUPED L45
Corvus Glaive 4/40
Doctor Voodoo 4/40
Ghost Rider 4/40
Star-Lord 3/30
Archangel 3/30
Iron Man IW 3/1 DUPED L20
Note: I also have Ghost, and Ant Man, but not Wasp. I took Ghost to 2/20 at first when I first pulled it but Ant Man sits at 1/1.
