Story not being consistant

Why during act 3 the collector fears the maestro then when we fight him in act 4 he's weaker then the collector in 5.2 plus keep in mind when we fight the collector in 5.2 most of his power was already drained by the grandmaster yet he's still stronger then the maestro. And apparently unless i am wrong we fight the maestro at full power.

    Thats just their abilities. For moments ai thought you were talking about the story itself not being consistent.

    I mean, if you look that way, then these things happens every month or so, with the event quest dialogue
