Add Nexus Crystal to Arena

The high cut offs for the arena champs can be frustrating. Putting in hours and hours of grinding for a champ and it cuts deep when we miss the champ by by a few points...why not add the NEXUS Crystals to top 5% and that gives summoners a better chance at scoring the champ we grind for. I think this is fair to everyone

    Not really...the whales already get the champ no problem and everyone else gets shards...give top 5% the choice of champs and 6% - 25% gets the 1 champ.
