Sinester isn't a good attacker, both are ok defenders. I'd go with havok for sure

I rank up mr Sinister afterwards I rank up Havok.. mr Sinister is actually good, he reflects negative debuff (bleed, shock, poison) back to opponent with degen.. when opponent is stun (hold heavy and Sinister gets precision and cruelty to attack opponent).. by defeating different class opponents. Sinister abilities improve.. he can block unblockable attack’s too.

Havok is incinerate immune and gets power from energy attacks.. his sp3 can take lots of health from most opponents.. but the plasma detonate doesn’t affect opponents with shield.
