New Alliance Looking for Casual and/or New Players

I've never been the most serious player in any game and I assumed there would be other players like me, so Rookie Patrol [RoPat] was born. Very relaxed (read: nonexistent) riles in regards to game play, just a few in regards to how you treat the other members. Basically treat everyone nicely. It's not too hard.
