Is Morningstar's size correctly displayed?

When scrolling through champions, I have noticed Morningstar seems to have shrunk, compared to how she used to be (she reached the name title and now is much smaller). Couldn't find this reported elsewhere nor am I sure if this is the right place to report it. If I'm wrong, sorry!
