Both these characters are one the main villains of the contest but their skills are nowhere near god-tier potential.

    If they made them god tier MVP content clearers, because the only way you can get them is by spending ridiculous amounts of money, it would be VERY unfair to f2p players like myself, also thanks when duped (and high sig) can be very versatile (reducing your base attack)
