Why cant Wasp stop ultron/nebula regen ?

Both of these champs have regeneration that could be shut down if they are "stunned". It never said active stun nor should it. A stun is a stun whether from a special , a parry or a passive stun like Wasp or Dr. Doom

So why can't she shut off the regen when she combo stuns these champs? Please explain

    Well, this one does have something wrong. Either the description, or the passive stun not being considered a stun for those abilities (this is likely to be the issue).

    Agreed..if she can't stun stun immune opponents then the passive stun should also stop their regen
