what to do with a sinister edition?

So I pulled Mister Sinister as my 3rd 6* (following Psylocke and Cap WW2) - but what’s his best usage unduped? I know practically nothing about how he is offensively, though I plan on testing him as a defender come the next AW.

If you parry and stun opponent, immediately charge heavy.. opponent will stay stunned until Sinister gains precision and cruelty (read ‘When Charging Heavy Attack) and hits hard.. if Sinister is awaken, he gains persistent charge from defeating other class except ’tech class’.
