Offensive in-game comments

I would like to find out whether or not there is any action that can be taken against players who joins an alliance that then makes extremely offensive comments in the chat and then leaves the alliance.

We had a player joined our alliance about 24 hours ago. when i logged in this morning i saw that this player made a string(10 to be exact) of not just offensive but also very homophobic comments and then proceeded to leave the alliance and join a new one.

Is there anything that can be done in this situation?
