Poison + Despair Interaction

Are Poison and Despair not supposed to stack the same way Petrify and Despair do? With over 20 poison stacks on a regenerating opponent (from Voodoo), their regeneration only goes down to -1. This has happened against various opponents, in act and arenas, against salve and champs with built-in regen.

    Its not supposed to reverse the healing, if thats what you meant. I believe only petrify effects should dothat, as well as other small anilities

    As Will said, Poison and despair only reduce healing as far as zero.

    If you want to reverse healing, you need a Petrify or Spectre debuff.

    On the other hand, with 20 stacks of Poison on your opponent, that shouldn't be a major problem!

    I’m pretty positive I’ve reversed healing massively with Masacre and despair. I do have petrify mastery too though...confused. It’s been a while but I’m sure I used him against ROL Wolvie

    I’ve reversed healing with Annihilus and despair, so it’s def possible.
