Void gets more out of the gem than Cap does, so I would awaken void and maybe r2 Thing

If you don’t have the sig stones then thing if you have the champion synergy if not wait for more sig stones

6* are the future, but the character should desserve the cost
If the character is not released in 6* then ok for a 5*
