X23 Regen bug Another Bug upon that list

X23 doesnt regen anymore with more than 2 bars of power She supposed to have 15% chance for a regen I did 50 hits got 0 regen on the other hand while she was under 2 bars of power she regen like she used to...This happened In Aq for me
