According to the node it reduces damage from being stuck by 5% per charge.
I hit her with a SL S3 when she had 11 charges, should have reduced damage by 55% (5x11=55).
It did nothing, no damage at all.
Granted I probably should have hit a heavy before the special but it still should have dealt some damage.
