moringstar good for 5.2.4, keep domino and red hulk in for every quest but 5.2.4. warlock definitely get in.
Ghost rider and medusa solid champs so stick with that.
To be honest, most of the champs you have a r4 are very solid and any one deserves a rank up or deserves to join the team.

It you’re gonna explore act 5 then venom is very useful vs some particularly annoying spideys, he makes them easy.

Warlock is a great one to r5. Counters so much stuff.

Cable and ultron are awesome synergies for warlock if you get into him. When you start doing biohazard and caltrops paths you’ll realise why.

When you dupe them void and scarlet witch can do a tonne of work in act 5 and uc eq. Both want lots of sig stones.

5.1/5.2 are mainly about damage though. Domino w/Rulk and even 3* Masacre will see you through a lot,
