Pacify and Stupefy

I have them maxed out, but I dont know how exactly do they affect ! Please someone let me know if they are effective or those 6 points I can allocate to glass cannon and willpower

Pacify reduces opponent's ability accuracy while they are stunned, meaning their abilities have a chance to fail. Combine it with parry mastery and it's useful on some scenarios. Example, when fightning against Iron Man, you can avoid his regen from triggering if you make him go under 15% HP while stunned.
Stupefy increases stun duration, and that's pretty much it. It's good for PI increase, and you can use it instead of fully maxing parry mastery to have a longer stun duration across of forms of stun debuffs
Stupefy can mean the difference between success and failure. Parries are longer, which affect the effectiveness of the other two masteries. Hyperion's stun lasts insanely longer, making it possible to do double 5-hit combo without needing to parry, it buys time against shrugging off debuffs champions like Rogue and King Groot, etc. It is a must have mastery.
Pacify and Petrify get usually 4 points: either in a 3/1, 2/2 or 1/3 configuration. I prefer 2/2.
Petrify gives 10-20-30% reduced regen and power from hits. At 2 points, every 6 hits will yield the same power as 5 hits without the mastery. This adds up over time. Also, the regen reduction aids champions like CAIW and Void.
Pacify gives 10-20-30% ability accuracy reduction. It isn't much, but it adds up for many ability accuracy reducing champions like AA, Blade, Domino, CB, Elektra and many more. Pacify can mean the difference between Mephisto healing and Magik triggering Limbo or not when using Blade.
