Cull Obsidian parry nor working

Dear Kabam.

I have been battling with Masacre with my cull obsidian, but unfortunately his parry not working with Masacre machette attack. All i know is his weapon can parry even projectile based attack. Machette attack is count as projectile isn't it.? But why Cull parry does not working on Masacre while IMIW plasma attack does..?

    did you have a debuff on you? Masacre has 50% ability accuracy reduction when you have a debuff on you. I always run double edge and always forget that parries won't reliably work on him then.

    If you had a debuff your parry can fail vs massacre
