I've seen a few old posts on this issue, but no acknowledgments or fixes.. I have been working on Labyrinth exploration with Aegon and several times I have gotten hit while still having evade charges, causing deaths that the synergy otherwise should have prevented.

    If you were in the process of dexing then that’s why it didn’t activate.
