Will the gifting badge be apart of this month gifting event?

Was wondering with the kick off of the holiday season will we see the gifting temporary return as y’all have done before with it usually kicks off. I know earlier this year was bad when it was taken away because people had abused it, but it makes sense to have a gifting event you must have the ability to send gifts to other players. It is the the gifting season after all so can we please hear back soon?
