Variant 4 map 6 bleed vulnerability

I’m trying to understand the bleed vulnerability node. It says that enemies take 200% more damage under the effects of bleed. Is that me or the AI? As I can’t see any additional damage to them when I put a bleed on them?

    It works for you not the ai and it works but it probably the cosmic temper node
