How many officers?

I’ve been the leader of an alliance for a few years now, and I’ve always been curious about the ideal number of officers to have depending on whether your alliance has 30 members and runs 3 BGs for AW & AQ.

I’ve heard mixed opinions on this, and I’d really like to hear the opinions of other alliance leaders, officers and members on this. Thanks!

I would prob say 5.
So 2 officers (or 1 officer and you) can manage 1 BG in AQ/War.
If we talk about active ones

I usually have 4 officers. 1 for each bg and 1 only focused on recruiting. Recruiting takes time and an alliance usually needs to replace a few ppl that arent active or someone leaves so all 4 stay busy. I can then help out if a certain bg needs it and still have an officer in each group. Too many officers and it seems like only a few actually put in work and the others do nothing.
