Loki says I'm the the most powerful sorcerer in Asgard. Kabam's restrictions don't apply to me

    Yeah this isn't a bug. GG only power locks champions in the monthly event who are not villains.

    Normally, he doesn't power lock champions at all, he stops them from generating as much power and then has a power burn.

    Oh ok. I thought out applied to all champs.
