Champ disappears off screen for a few seconds

I was fighting Storm on master. I swiped back and when I did my champ was almost gone off the screen which effectively blinded me. She used her sp3 and I was able to dodge it but it's was only luck and I was surprised I actually dodged it. I have a video of it and it happens around the 1:02 mark.

    My nc did the same in areans, except I kept hitting attack the my opponent was taking damage even tho nc was not on the screen. It happened when I hit l2

    I had an Unstoppable disappear on me in unstoppable mode...

    Happened to me briefly. I was fighting NC with Quake in the Arena. First I disappeared, then NC, then we both came back. Luckily I won.
