Human Torch worth 5/65?

Hi everyone
My roster is overall good but I am debating if HT is 5/65 worthy or not? I would probably rank Thing over him if I had him but I don’t. Do you think HT is a good choice to max? He is awaken sig 60, although his sig ability is not that necessary. Thank you for your thoughts

    Ive got him recently though mine is undupped. Love the damage output but he comes across as a glass cannon. For that reason my 5* HT will not be higher than R3
