6* 1-2 rank up gem

So just woke up on Christmas morning and half of my ally have the rank up gem but half don't.
We are all cavalier and at pretty much the same point.
Please can someone advise if they have yet to receive there rank up gem and who best to contact to get another bug resolved

    I haven’t got it, and the Christmas gift generally comes about 7 hours from now, so I’d assume they’re trolling
