Absence of Christmas Odin bundle and No reply from kabam

I bought an Odin on Dec 25th and till now I'm waiting for my unit pack.
Its almost 20-22hrs and now no response from kabam on my issue and case
Spending ₹7900 and getting nothing.
Kindly look into the matter and compensate for all this mess that caused me.
