Grinding for lvl 60

I am lvl 59 with act 4 100% and chapter 1 and 2 of act five 100% as well. I excited to get the 5* at lvl 60, so I am wanting to grind for some more xp. What should I do? Should I redo some quests in act 4? Slowly explore 5.3?
(I have lots of xp boosts)

    Oh, the 10 dollar offer, i though he meant just as a reward from levelling up
