Alliance gifting event milestone reward denial

I contributed points towards the alliance gifting event yet i was denied my 7th milestone reward without a tangible reason. This is very unfair. I kindly issue my request for the Kabam team to look into it as a matter of urgency and I hope you'd get back to me soon, thanks.

    I restarted the game and now I can claim my milestone reward. Issue resolved. Thanks.
