Why is Summoner Sigil Purchase missing Bonus Credits

Went to renew my Summoner Sigil so I could use the Purchase Bonus Credits in the Gifting Event... and came back from Confirmation of Kabam getting sent MY MONEY... and didn't and don't see the Bonus Credits issued at time of Purchase!

I believe it's 175 credits instantly!

    That not from sigil either and it is 135 and that the bonus deal card

    The summoner sigil does not come with any units, and it does not give a discount on buying units.

    You don’t get units immediately, the only units from the sitio are in the solo event
