Thoughts on rank 5 Aegon

I decided i am going to use my awakening gem on Aegon and go for 100% LOL. I have him at rank 4 currently and i think i can do LOL with him at rank 4. My dilemma is would i use him outside LOL much and therefor would it be worthwhile to take him to rank 5 before my run. I dont have a lot of experience with Aegon so any perspective on how he holds up outside LOL would be much appreciated.

    A year ago there were not many places in the game to use him.
    Lots of players clear Act 6 content with him these days bcuz as the health pools grow, the more Aegon will be able to stretch his legs. He should be relevant for a long time imo.

    He is a great champ for act 6. You should really go for him at rank 5.

    He’s a beast for act 6, and will likely be amazing for the abyss, he’s great now and will likely be even better in the future, he’s a safe choice

    He’sa beast everywhere in acts..

    Act 5.3, 5.4, 6.1... Hall of heroes, LOL, even some parts of Variant. Really worth ranking and trying on. He’ll provide you with resources to rank up other champs very quickly😂

    He is a monster.. as long as you can hold a combo (I.e. don’t get hit) then after a couple of fights in act 6content he starts destroying everything

    Amazing champ for act 6, act 5, I make Uncollected month missions with him, he can do all with +100 combo.

    I did it for xmas and since then I've done 10 paths of 6.2 and 6.3 he completely reinvigorated my drive to explore.

    I am finally spending more time pushing 6.2 content, and Aegon is definitely worth using in Act 6, Variants, and beyond. I have no regrets from ranking him up to 5/65

    You won't regret it. I had the same concern but I did it anyway and honestly I'm glad I did and didn't waste resources on any other champ at that time.
    I used generic AG from Act5 exploration to awaken him and started putting every stone I got into him.
