Spider Gwen glitch Uncollected Event Quest

The Spider Gwen in Uncollected with the Lifecycle node won't die, here's why. So I know that I have to use heavy attacks/specials to increase the duration of the shield being down. The problem is that even when the shield is down and I go to attack, she remains on 1% health permanently. I have redone the path three times now, and have lost all of my champions to the same glitch. She remains on 1% health constantly and never dies, even with the shield down. This must be a glitch and needs sorting, because she is the only thing stopping me from 100% completing this quest.
