Omega red, Sabertooth and Killmonger (sabertooth as the main)

Hey guys, I have a question of why when using sabertooth inflicting bleed (OR synergy)on the opponent.
Does not activate no Mercy with killmonger, that reduce ability accuracy by 100 percent.
