Which should I rank up and use my awaken gem on?

I'm trying to get Uncollected, I'm stuck at 5.2.4. So my main goal is becoming Uncollected. I'm also doing AW and AQ.
I have these champs, with 5* I have terrible luck. I haven't pull anything good in months. Yesterday I opened the Magneto, today Iron Man.. I can't play with Quake properly, so it's not really an option.








I have one 4* awakening gem and one 5* star science awaking gem. I love playing with Gwen, but I don't know she worth it or not. I use her in Quests and in AW defense.

Who should I rank up and use the awakening gem on?

Save the science 5*, if you can max sig them go for either namor or caiw 4*, if not I’d probably go for hype
