    Yea we do 1bg off season t4 and noticed this too I thought it was locked at this stage

    The first war of the offseason has been like this since they started freezing it. Last season our opponents saw that and didn't place defenders because they wanted to lower their war rating. The war ratings didn't actually change but it was free shards for us lol. I'm fairly sure that the war ratings won't actually change but I've been wrong before.

    Hopefully that’s the case. We got people trying to restock on pots over here haha XD
