How is it that when you contact Kabam Support, with a selection of varies questions, they respond with a bot, that’s not answered any questions and feels like a human hasn’t responded? When did kabam support become more useless then they did before?

Most companies have a bot send an auto reply which most likely says someone will get back to you within 72 hours or so
