Which of these science 5* deserves a science AG?

These are my options. I don't believe ghulk wins a lot with awakened ability. Awakened IW probably can be helpful in AWD (?). Don't know about if the others worth this gem. I can also save it for void/cap IW, but pull one of these two can take several months.
