We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. So I purchased a 15k featured 5 star crystal by accident I contracted kabam by email and they acknowledged it, they then removed the crystal as I didn’t open it but haven’t returned my 15k 5 star shards and then when I emailed them about my 15k shards they closed the discussion. It’s been well over 12 hours and now I’m assuming that they are robbing me of my 15k 5 star shards. I hope I’m wrong and that they return it but atm it feeling as if they aren’t going to.
