Medusa bugged??

Currently I'm having problem with Medusa armor shatter.
I apply first armor shatter by couple of medium attacks and sp1 but after trying to use same method again armor break didn't apply,no matter how many times I try with same method.armor shatter did apply only after using sp3.
She is the only better champ I have on cosmic and a long time user so this is definitely a problem for me.
My Medusa is 4* and currently I have that problem on uc eq.

Will they fix her? Yes. Soon? I doubt.
