I would go SW, because, you won't get her as a 5*.
You can pull a 5* CV and be pissed to have wasted resources on ur 4*.
And, SW is a beast, at max sig.

personally i prefer bwcv, you have better control over what you need to do based on nodes + matchups. theres a reason why SWs abilities are considered "chaos magic"... its random buffs and debuffs flying everywhere.
but ultimately, i vote both go to r5.
