When officers and leaders can get more ?

Hi,
I’ m team leader since several years now. And i have my team of officers who do a marvelous job to maintain the alliance.
The amount of time passed in the organisation is huge, and I really think that officers and leaders must have more profitable prices or at least a way to have more, because they do more.
Simple as that.
Please think about it, this is not innocent, as you may be the first company doing that. You can be the first!

    If leaders and officers get extra rewards alliances would just be a leader and 29 officers

    No one required them to be an officer or leader. They willingly accepted to participate in such capacity, knowing there is no true benefit to it.
