Wasp and Doom passive stun

Ok so it was made clear that wasp was not intended to be able to use her passive stun against stun immunity. Is this not the same for Doom? I’ve seen some videos of Dooms passive stun working against stun immune defenders.... is this a bug? If not, let’s “unfix” wasp to perform the same as doom in regard to the passive stun ability.

Can you show the date of these videos? because since the wasp has been fixed, the passive stunning that Doom causes also doesn't work against stun immune.
