Marvel Insider Redemption Problem

Hi, I have been playing fairly casual for the past few months and have an issue that I don't know where to go about it. I joined the Marvel Insider club because I saw I could get rewards for being a member in the game and saved up points for something special. I redeemed the reward with the three star Green Goblin for a whole lot of points and received an email saying I'd receive my pack by the 15th. However , here it is the 22nd and I still don't have my reward. Does anybody know who I can contact about this issue? I'm very disappointed, even if I did just get a four star Iron Man today.

    you'll get the reward in september. they messed up the date on the email

    hola y una disculpa de antemano pero alguien sabe la fecha exacta en que recibiremos la recompensa de green goblin de 3 estrellas espero no molestar a nadie con mi pregunta gracias.
