This is what we are looking for:
- Must be active
- tier3 war experience or better
- Able to clear a path with minimal deaths
- Minimum 40k defense
- manage resources so can use pots/heal up when needed in war
- able to take out bosses
- check bg line chat/communicate
- drama free
