I have had it lately where I do a combo throw a special and they block it

Is this a known issue as it never use to happen before. I would like to know what is being done to solve the problem as this has happened to me alot and I have video's on YouTube and I have caught this happening to me a lot lately. I will not be doing any hard content until this is fixed. There is some sort of combat lag this is how they can recover right after the combo., did you guy's change there recovery speed or something. Wouldn't surprise me with the stuff you did before with sentinal sp1 speed recovery then said it was the same as before, then change it back after people complained enough. I hope to hear back from you guy's on this subject.
