Glitch in January calendar

So me and a few other people I know have had this glitch on the calendar, where we have missed out on some days of it, even though we have been playing everyday for 1-2 hours. My friend missed a week while I missed two days, not much but that’s 3000 four star shards. I just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing the same problem or it’s just us 5.

    It’s possible that if you’re only playing 1-2 hours you could miss that window where the items drop. you could play today before the calendar drops, then play later tomorrow, after the calendar drops and miss that 24 hr period that today’s item gets handed out, causing you to miss a day, even though you’ve played both days
