    Neither really need it honestly. Havok is has decent prestige depending on where you are in the prestige tiers. Domino's sig is good for defense but that's about it.

    Basically unless you have most of the other very good mutants awakened already or are in serious need of havoks prestige or doms defensive ability, just hold on to it

    Save it, cause they both have amazing damage output. If you pull an OR you could throw it straight into him and his awakened ability would be way more useful.

    Dom needs it only for defense and Havok gets a little harder to handle on defense duped, so I would save it for someone who needs it.
