Is Heimdall Worth Having On A Main Team

So I have a 4 Star Rank 4 Heimdall on my team. The thing is he is not great at attacking but his synergy with the cheat death is so helpful. Would you keep the Heimdall for the synergy or change it for like a 5* Angela or 4* Hyperion/Corvus. My team currently is Doc Voodoo 5*, Stark Spidey 4*, Ronin 4*, X-23 4*, and Heimdall 4*. Any champs to maybe replace Heimdall would be helpful as well.

I've been using him as an attacker and when you build up the furies he hits pretty damn good

Armor break with Furies, can stack Furies, autoblock possible at nearly anytime if you mess up, True Strike if you can avoid being hit after firing off a special, carries power from fight to fight... not the worst attacker.

He’s fine as an attacker, particularly with a limited roster. As your roster expands you’ll find that his only regular use will be for his synergy. The question is whether you have a better champ to replace him now, and even with the ability to revive I’d struggle to make a case for him over Hyperion or Corvus, who are better champs on any reading. It really does come down to your preference though. If you like playing with him, roll with him. Tier lists are only ever a general guide, but this is a game, and no one can tell you who you enjoy playing with.

I wanted a Heimdall so bad then after using him for synergy a few times I figured I was better off not dying and using the slot for someone else with more in the kit. The only time it was useful was when the AI liked to launch a SP3 at 1% when the next tick of DOT would finish them.

Once you stop getting KO'd in your regular content you probably won't use him.

I have ranked him to 5* r4 and use him for difficult paths.

In easier content when you can tank a few hits he is not so useful. But for variant/act6 content where you die from a combo or two, he is super useful as he gives you an extra life effectively.

He is specially efficient if you plan to use individual revives or no revives at all . If you are going to use team revives he is a bit less efficient.

As an attacker he is average. Still it is worth ranking him a bit. The true strike is fantastic and he can definitely help.

If you can fit him on a team without hindering your ability to clear a path then yes, however if you need all 5 slots to clear a path I’d leave him at home

I have a 5* R5 one who mainly sits on defence.

However, when the need comes he's really useful for certain fights if you don't have the ideal counter.

Specials gain True Strike + the ability to parry projectiles (eg against IMIW).

Block a few hits, parry then heavy for an armor up buff (e.g. against Havok).

Cheat death for the entire team (especially if you bring Corvus/Ghost etc who doesn't rely on their health to deal damage).
