**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC.     capIW. Most will say he needs the dupe but that's for the utility I'd still take up a 5* capIw even unduped to r4 maybe even r5. He still amazing.
    Omega red only if duped and you have suicides otherwise ignore him.
    Dr voodoo like capIW. I had mine unduped for a long time at r4 and he was great even then.
