Brand New Alliance Map 1/2 2k Hero Rating

I just created a new alliance on a second account. I have a few months of experience and i wanted to run an alliance. We are running map 1 and 2 in AQ and Line isnt required. Must be active at least every 2 days and participate in alliance events. Also, must have a 2k hero rating or higher.
