Question on ghost phase.

Awakened ghost starts the fight phased. I use her all the time but I don’t fight magneto or domino often enough to be sure… Can her INITIAL phase fail due to their ability accuracy reduction?
I think I remember an update to Domino ages ago that said her AAR won’t trigger on abilities you start the fight with (can’t be sure) but could magnetos magnetism cause it to fail? I’ve never had it fail with either of them BEFORE, Or anyone for that matter, just curious if it’s a possibility…?
I’ve also never used her in a fight with an armor break node(dungeons) so not sure on that one but I would assume it would fail there...?
